A bit of a classic film here as this film I believe introduces the Crash Test Dummy footage of two cars colliding with each other. They do it from multiple angles, and it is quite riveting. I think I saw this film, or something close to it, in elementary school and we were all hooting and hollering at the poor demises of the CTDs.

The 'present day' scenes in this film are from the early 1960s. The latest model year car in the street scenes is about 1963. So, I would guess it is from about 1964. The beginning of the film is missing.
